Step 01
Liposuction between skin and muscle (Subcutaneous Fat)
We use a round tipped fine cannula that minimizes skin tissue damage and nerve damage. Bruising and swelling is also reduced, allowing a quick recovery with little side effects.

Remove fat granules stuck to
the bone and outer muscle
There are difficulties in suctioning fat granules
stuck to the muscle layer or fat near the bones.
So, a secondary process is done where each granule
is individually removed to ensure definite fat removal.

Remove fibrous fat between
overlapping neck muscles
Beneath the area where neck muscles overlap,
there is fibrous fat that cannot be removed through
liposuction. So this fat removal requires detailed
delamination without damaging the muscle.

For those with severe double chin that connect from mid neck to under chin in a straight line, we must remove fat blocks from under each side of the muscle for effective improvement. Most do not touch the inner underside of the muscle as there are many veins and nerves. When the chin length is short
If the chin length horizontally is short, we tighten the muscle more backwards to improve the length
Case 02
Toad-like chin shape
Toad chin cases have a lot of fat in between/ under the muscle. After carefully removing, we tighten the muscle upwards for improvement.

Turkey-like chin shape
Turkey chin cases have muscles that is not curved under the chin. So when we tighten the muscle, we also make a small incision so that the muscle can stretch inwards.
